Zelltec Construction completed the installation of a specifically designed 6 meter high acoustic fence to enable the landlord of the industrial unit to operate 24 hours a day.

Zelltec and our recommended Structural Engineer taking on the design of the below ground reinforcement
and steel stanchions due to the existing ground conditions not being suitable for a standard installation. -
Specialist ground working and concrete contactor employed to install bespoke footing to engineers
requirements. -
Steel stanchions and cladding installed by Zelltec direct trades all in accordance with manufacturers guidelines
to ensure materials warranty. -
Works carried out and completed while the industrial unit was fully operational.
