Zelltec Construction was contracted to deliver the external façade replacement of an occupied hotel, enabling the installation of new fire barriers and fireproofing works. The project involved the provision of access scaffolding, removal of the existing render, cement panelling, and timber cladding, followed by the installation of new fire breaks and fireproofing. Once completed, new carrier boards, render, and timber cladding were reinstated to match the updated specification. Works were delivered over seven carefully planned phases to allow the hotel to remain fully operational with minimal disruption. In addition, Zelltec Construction was instructed to strip out and refurbish the ground floor shop as part of the contract.
