Zelltec Construction were contracted to deliver the full refurbishment of an existing industrial unit. The scope of works included extensive external upgrades to the roof, services, and access points, as well as a full internal reconfiguration and refurbishment to enhance facilities and layout. External improvements were also made to the parking and delivery areas.

  • Strip and replacement of the top skin of the built-up roof

  • Installation of new gutter liners and photovoltaic (PV) panels

  • Installation of new mechanical and electrical services

  • Replacement of shutter doors and redecoration of existing windows and entrance door

  • Internal reconfiguration to provide additional toilets and alternative access to offices

  • Full refurbishment of toilets, common parts, office and warehouse space

  • Installation of a new EV charging station

  • Minor works to front parking and delivery areas
