Zelltec Construction was contracted to carry out the full internal and external refurbishment of a series of railway arches serving as commercial units. The works included the demolition and removal of existing internal structures, followed by the installation of a new arch lining system and construction of WC blocks. Windows and doors were replaced, warehouse floors repaired and coated, and both internal and external areas redecorated. Additional works included the replacement of roller shutter doors, installation of new distribution boards and lighting, masonry repairs, and the removal of a gas meter.
