Zelltec Construction were contracted to deliver the division of a large open-plan office space into three separate offices. The works required the creation of new entrance doors, installation of partitions, and the application of new wall and floor finishes throughout.

In addition, the project included a full upgrade of building services with the installation of new lighting and air conditioning systems, ensuring the new offices were fully functional and finished to a high standard.
