Surrounded by notable historic architecture, the project required a sensitive approach, balancing structural upgrades with careful restoration of traditional features.

Preparation of an itemised schedule of repairs for windows, doors, shopfront, roof tiles, rafters and brickwork, agreed with contract administrators and delivered by in-house trades

Timber care repairs, splicing or full replacement carried out in line with the agreed schedule

Specialist refurbishment of basement pavement lights, sourcing original light blocks to exactly match damaged units

Installation of structural steels, timbers and lintels as directed by structural engineers’ reports
