Zelltec Construction was appointed to carry out the complete refurbishment of an industrial unit, delivering a comprehensive internal and external upgrade. The project involved significant strip-out and reinstatement works, services installation, surface treatments, and enhancements to both building fabric and external areas.

Internal works:

  • Full strip-out of existing offices, toilets, and kitchen areas

  • Installation of new offices, kitchen, and WC facilities including:

  • Mechanical and electrical works

  • Plastering, decoration, and tiling

  • Carpet tile and vinyl floor coverings

  • Installation of a new fire alarm system to offices and warehouse areas

  • Emergency lighting installed throughout

  • Asbestos encapsulation to underside of warehouse roof (spray-applied coating)

  • Factory wall paint applied to internal blockwork

  • Overhaul and spray-painting of existing roller shutter doors

  • Shot-blasting of warehouse slab and application of high-performance resin floor

External works:

  • Installation of new external cladding to front elevation

  • New powder-coated entrance door and windows

  • New steel insulated fire exit doors and frames

  • Construction of new concrete hardstanding areas

  • Block paving, asphalt surfacing, and car park line marking

  • Installation of new palisade perimeter fencing and access gate
