Zelltec Construction was contracted to carry out the strip out of tenant-installed partitions, fixtures, and fittings, returning the premises back to the base build in line with the agreed specification. Works also included refurbishment to the same specification, followed by full testing and commissioning to ensure compliance and readiness for occupation.
