Zelltec Construction was contracted to deliver specialist works at Merton Industrial Estate, including the demolition of the old caretaker’s flat and adjacent unit. Services were safely isolated before demolition commenced. The site was then reduced to the required levels, with a new sub-base and tarmac laid to create an upgraded parking area. Works also included the replacement of the perimeter fencing and installation of new entrance gates, improving both security and site functionality.
