Zelltec Construction was appointed by Hexham Holdings Ltd, with Feasibility Ltd as Contract Administrator, to refurbish McGraw Hill House, Maidenhead. Delivered over 30 weeks at a value of £1.8m, works included asbestos removal, new structural steel framework, replacement of cladding with a colour-coated steel system, installation of a new fire escape and rooftop louvres, car park and kerbing improvements, internal strip-out and wall demolitions, reconfigured corridor layout, and all associated decorations, mechanical and electrical installations.
