Zelltec secured the package to carry out improvements to prime office space on Aldgate’s Leman Street, where the City of London meets the West End. We were briefed to refurbish the roof, reconfigure the basement changing rooms, toilets and shower area and reconfigure the reception entrance and external entrance areas.
