Housed in what was once a Georgian mansion, La Sainte Union School still retains its original grand frontage and historical features, some of which were in need of repair. With careful consideration to the building’s heritage, Zelltec sympathetically carried out an internal and full external refurbishment of the timber sash windows, doors and masonry of the main school building while the school was fully occupied.
