Zelltec Construction was contracted to carry out the replacement of an attenuation tank, including all associated groundworks, at a fully operational retail park. To minimise disruption, a comprehensive site set-up was implemented, incorporating a new traffic management system with revised vehicle and pedestrian routes. These routes were carefully adjusted throughout the project to maintain safe and continuous access, ensuring the retail park remained fully operational for the duration of the works.
