Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) is the principal pension scheme for UK higher education institutions and one of the leading private occupational pension providers in the UK. Zelltec secured the refurbishment of their span steel portal frame warehouse and office building in Swindon. Works included the alteration and refurbishment of the warehouse, the installation of new toilets and the full refurbishment of offices, canteen and welfare facilities. Thanks to a successful, collaborative working relationship with the client, works were carried out effectively and efficiently while accommodating the new tenant’s plant and equipment within the warehouse towards the end of the project.
