Zelltec Construction completed the full refurbishment of this grade II listed property on a cost-plus basis due to the condition of the existing property and the unknown extent of works required for this extensive refurbishment.
We carried out this refurbishment with the main goal to keep and maintain as much of the existing structure as possible, to retain the many historic features. The property was converted to a family home, which we understand was as originally built.
