Commercial Road in London’s Tower Hamlets is a major thoroughfare that connects the City of London with Canary Wharf. Our client commissioned Zelltec to add two storeys to an existing three-storey building with a basement. Our conversion included the addition of two new flats, one of which was a duplex apartment.
