Zelltec was tasked with reconfiguring and refurbishing five units in Boundary Business Court - part of a terrace of modern steel portal frame business units on a gated industrial estate in Mitcham in South West London. Works comprised of the removal of the bays on two of the units to make space for a larger turning circle and delivery area, as well as substantial strengthening of the existing steelwork and the erection of a new steel frame in front of the existing to provide the new façade.
