Zelltec were awarded the contract to replace an existing storefront and significantly upgrade the façade of a retail unit in Eastbourne’s Admiral Way Retail Park. This included external waterproofing and replacement works to the roof, external panelling, gutters and down pipes, as well as extensive regeneration of the retail park’s car parking facilities, lighting and security. The challenge lay in the fact that all works had to be undertaken while the retail park was fully operational during normal working hours. We segregated specific areas from the general public throughout the programme to limit the impact on customers and business.
