Zelltec took a previously derelict pair of warehouses and after extensive repair and full refurbishment, we delivered an impeccably transformed property with warehouse space, contemporary front office accommodations, new toilets, new services and new, modern finishes throughout.

  • Removal of existing asbestos cement roof to the warehouse, and installation of a new, built-up metal sheet roofing system

  • Extensive external fabric repairs

  • Installation of new windows to the office blocks

  • Making good all internal walls, including plastering the offices 

  • Installation of wall liner panels to the warehouses 

  • Extensive repairs to the warehouse floor, followed by a pumped screed

  • New internal finishes, including new joinery, suspended ceilings, decorations and floor finishes

  • Installation of all new mechanical and engineering (M&E) services to provide new toilets, power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms and air conditioning
