Zelltec Construction were contracted to deliver the full refurbishment of an existing industrial unit. The scope of works included extensive external upgrades to the roof, services, and access points, as well as a full internal reconfiguration and refurbishment to enhance facilities and layout. Zelltec also delivered a bespoke bathroom design to the ancillary area.
