Zelltec Construction were contracted to deliver the full refurbishment of an existing industrial unit. The scope of works included a new composite roof, new electrical and mechanical services, as well as a full internal reconfiguration and refurbishment to enhance facilities and layout. External improvements were also made to the parking and delivery areas, including the construction of two new 20m loading access ramps.
